4th International Convention of Archivists (COINDEAR), April 2012 in San Bernardo (Chile)
The 4th International Convention of Archivists (COINDEAR) will take place in April 2012 in San Bernardo (Chile) to debate about “The Archivist”.
After Argentina, Colombia and Honduras, the municipality of San Bernardo (province of Maipo, Chile) will host from 10 to 13 April 2012 the IV COINDEAR, in partnership with the Association of Archivists of Chile and the Virtual Center for Archival Sciences of Argentina. Among the main topics which will be discussed, the participants will bring up the profile of the archivist, the labour market, professional education
and training, and the role of the professional associations.
