The Secretariat
The Secretariat is the operational heart of the ICA. It is responsible for the day to day operation of ICA's organization, including communications with other ICA bodies and individual members, relations with partner organizations, and administration of ICA's governance meetings. It comprises a small staff based in Paris and is headed by the Secretary General, who acts as the organization's Executive Director.

La Secretaría
La Secretaría es el centro operativo del ICA. Es el responsable de la gestión diaria del ICA y de las relaciones con los otros organismos del ICA y los miembros individuales, mantiene relaciones con las organizaciones asociadas, se ocupa de la administración y de la preparación de reuniones de la buena gestión administrativa de la organización. Se compone de un pequeño equipo con sede en París, y está dirigido por el Secretario general, que actúa como el director de la organización.
