Guidelines for the Establishment of a Professional Association

Through these guidelines assistance is provided to archivists developing or reforming an association of archivists. They cover general information on: incorporation, regulations, tax issues, democratic processes, multidisciplinary associations and funding. A model constitution is provided and there are also examples from constitutions of various associations.
