New CARBICA Steering committee

CARBICA general assembly appointed its new Steering committee on 1 November 2010 in Trinidad.
For the next four years, the committee is the following :
President: Dominique Taffin (France)
Vice-President: Rita Tjien Fooh (Surinam)
Secretary: Cheryl Sylvester (Grenada)
Treasurer: Karla Hayward (Bermuda)
