Objective
In 2008 ICA has published "Principles and Functional Requirements for Records in Electronic Office Environments" (ICA.Req). It's of great interest for the Hispanic-speaking community, in Latin America and the Caribbean, to have the Spanish version of this publication. It won't be the literal translation from English but will add a component of interpretation, analysis and terminology research that results in an input of easy use for the archivists in the Americas, especially those belonging to the MERCOSUR.
