The East Asian Branch of the International Council on Archives (EASTICA) and the National Archives of Japan are co-hosting the 10th General Conference and the Seminar in November, 2011.The theme of the Seminar is “Archives Today: Legislation, Access, and Preservation in the Digital Age.” -
