International Archives Day
The International Archives Day 2012 in the state of Brunei Darussalam
The National Archives of Brunei Darussalam is going to celebrate International Archives Day 2012.
The theme we selected this year is PROTECT RECORDS FOR OUR FUTURE. This is a third time for Brunei Darussalam celebrated that event since 2010.Several activities will be organised such as Puzzle Interactive Games, Padian Race, Record Your Own Memory, Drawing and Colouring Contests as well as a Road Show on e-Archives and mini exhibition on the role and services of National Archives of Brunei Darussalam. This is our outreach programmes in order to highlight the importance of records and archives. The event will be organised at the Atrium, Times Square (Shopping complex). The activities are open to public to patircipate on any of the activities. Launching of the Book Pertuturan V and the postcards will be arranged also, besides old film (archival collection) is going to be shown. The event will be held for two days.
