Luciana Duranti is Chair of the archival master’s and doctoral programs at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada, and a Professor of archival theory, diplomatics, and the management of digital records. She is Director of the Centre for the International Study of Contemporary Records and Archives (www.ciscra.org) and the InterPARES and the Records in the Cloud projects. She is a member of the UNESCO Memory of the World Program International Advisory Committee.
