Has been employed at Public Record Office Victoria, the state archives of Victoria, Australia, where he has worked as an access archivist, exhibitions curator and publications editor since 2003. Sebastian is also the Editor of PROVENANCE, the refereed journal of Public Record Office Victoria, and the General Editor of the Australian Society of Archivists' refereed journal, ARCHIVES & MANUSCRIPTS. Sebastian has also published refereed articles in literary and critical theory, and has had poetry published in Australian and international poetry journals.
