Patricia is a registered archivist, a history graduate and is currently completing a PhD in History. She is Director of the Centre for Archive and Information Studies (CAIS) at the University of Dundee Scotland, UK, and is currently Secretary of the ICA/SUV. She is currently co-editing a special edition of Archival Science based on the ‘Philosophy of the Archive’ conference held in 2008 and is managing a project on Memory and Identity, funded by the Royal Society of Edinburgh.
