Born in Salamanca (Spain) in 1966, he graduated in history and he got the Archivist diploma at Salamanca University. From 1991 to 1994 he worked in the Archives of Salamanca University. Since 1994 he has been in charge of the Archives of the Sociedad Anónima Hullera Vasco-Leonesa, a mining industry in Leon, Spain, archive managed by the homonymous Foundation(www.fhvl.es), publishing the Guide to Archives of Sociedad Anónima Hullera Vasco-Leonesa (León, 2001) and many other writings, like "Mining Industry´s Archives in Spain" in CultureImpresa (Italy, 2009). In 2009 he published the "Handbook of Bussiness Archives" where he developed a large reflection (221 pages) on the world of business archives. In 2008 he collaborated with Ica Sbl for the Overview on Business Archives in Spain. He have tooken part in the Stage International d´Archives (Paris, 2009) and in the Seminar about industrial Heritage and memory of work set up in Torino (Italia) by ISMEL (2010)
