International Archives Day
Visit the church historical archives of bizcaia on the 9 june
On the 9June, International Archives Day, the Historical Archives of the Church of Bizcaia (AHEB - BEHA ) and the Icare Center will open their doors to visitors wishing to discover the world of archives, history and memory through the center for interpretation of Archives and the visit to the facilities of AHEB-BEHA.
The public will learn about archives and their use, andwill be able to visit part of the non-public areas of the service to which users usually do not have access, guided by the AHEB technical staff. There will be special activities including activities for 4 years-old children.

El 09-06-2011, Día Internacional de los Archivos, el AHEB-BEHA y el Centro Icaro abren sus puertas a los/as visitantes que deseen descubrir el mundo de los archivos y sus documentos, la historia y la memoria, a través de su Centro de Interpretación de Archivos y la visita a las instalaciones del AHEB-BEHA.
El público asistente podrá conocer qué es un archivo y para qué sirve, y parte de las zonas no públicas del archivo a las que las personas usuarias habitualmente no tienen acceso, de la mano del personal técnico del AHEB-BEHA.
