Questionnaire on the ICA Code of Ethics

The SPA Working Group on professional Ethics would be grateful if you could complete and return this questionnaire by 30 April 2008. Your input will enable us to determine what form the Code of Ethics should take in the future.

This questionnaire is available in English, French and Spanish.
