Following their meeting in Kuala Lumpur in late July 2008, SARBICA, the Southeast Asian branch of ICA, is in the process of amending its constitution to allow more members to join SARBICA. The discussion on the amendement of the SARBICA constitution will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia, on the 20th - 24th October 2008. In their last meeting they also elected their new Executive Board for 2008-2010:

• President: Mr Pitt Kuan Wah (Director, National Archives of Singapore)
• Vice-president: Ms Sureerat Wongsanggiem (Director, National Archives of Thailand)
• Secretary General: Ms Yatimah Rimun (National Archives of Malaysia)
• Treasurer: Ms Gowri Tangaya
