During its meeting in Tamanrasset on 28 May 2009, the ICA Executive Board approved my nomination as president of an ICA working group on displaced archives. In this capacity, I addressed the Annual General Meeting in Malta on 20 November, when I took the opportunity to encourage all countries interested in this important issue to participate in a discussion group. I should be grateful if you could complete the attached form, so that we can start to work, in accordance with the terms of reference that were approved by the Executive Board.
