On the occasion of his meeting with the French Minister of Culture Mme Azoulay, Mr David Fricker received the award of Chevalier in the Order of Arts and Letters on Tuesday 26 April 2016.
This ceremony was held in presence of his Excellency General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC, the Minister of Culture and Communication, Madame Azoulay, Ambassador Lecourtier and Ambassador Brady.
