Mission and Values of the ICA

At its meeting of the 24th May 2022, the ICA Executive Board endorsed a formal statement of the Mission and Values of the ICA. This is an important document for all of us in the ICA Community. In a very concise format, and in plain language, this document lays out the aspirations that we share to develop and strengthen our community and the commitments that we make to one another to respect one another and share our achievements. I am also pleased to see a recognition of the values and culture of the ICA Secretariat, and the key role it plays for volunteers, members, and governance of our organisation.
