In accordance with the Constitution, the Annual General Meeting of the International Council on Archives will meet in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) during the 16th International Congress on Archives.
The meeting will be held in the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) in the Plenary Theatre and will comprise three working sessions:
Friday 25 July 2008 from 14:00 to 17:30
Saturday 26 July from 9:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 15:00
The invitations to members have been sent together with the draft agenda [0]; members have been invited to send by 15 June to the Secretary General their proposals for additional items.
The documents that will be submitted to the Annual General Meeting will be published on the website as soon as they are ready.
