We are excited to announce the selection of the dedicated professionals who will be guiding the next generation of records and archives experts through the ICA New Professionals Programme (NPP). After a thorough application process, we have secured a diverse and highly skilled group of mentors who will support the NPP participants from August 2025 to August 2026. 

These experienced professionals from across the globe will commit their time and expertise to helping the 2025 New Professionals Cohort develop their careers, improve their skills, and navigate the challenges of the records and archives sector. The mentorship pairings are designed to ensure a broad range of perspectives, knowledge, and guidance in areas such as records management, digital preservation, archival ethics, and more.
