The International Council on Archives (ICA) is seeking dedicated volunteers to join its Communications team as an Editorial Manager for the “Online Resource of the Month” initiative. This project shines a spotlight on a different resource each month from ICA’s Online Resource Centre, covering key topics in archival practices, standards, and resources produced by ICA groups and partners.
As an Editorial Manager, you will play a pivotal role in selecting and promoting valuable resources from ICA’s Online Resource Centre. Your work will help ensure that these important resources, both old and new, reach a global audience of archival professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate on a monthly basis with ICA’s Communications team to select and highlight resources published on the Online Resource Centre.
- Draft summaries and provide context for each resource.
- Ensure resources are accessible and promoted through ICA’s platforms.
Requirements:

- Must be an ICA member.
- A strong interest in the Online Resource Centre and in collaborating with the ICA Secretariat.
- Ability to commit for at least six months.
