We are looking for future leaders in the archival and recordkeeping profession to join the New Professionals Programme. This programme offers the opportunity for a selected group of new professionals from across the world to attend and present at the ICA Kuching 2027 Conference, receive a mentor and be part of an international cohort of new professionals!
As part of the Programme the selected new professionals will be introduced to leaders in the archival field, create and implement a group project that will foster and support the new professional community across the globe, and present alongside their fellow new professionals at the ICA Conference.
We encourage any ICA member with less than 5 years of work experience to apply, including those who are currently interns. Applicants also must be in good standing (Categories A, B, C, or D), either through an active individual membership or through employment with an ICA member institution or Category B association.

Applicants may apply in English, French, or Spanish. Please note that while fluency in English is not required, having a good working proficiency in the language is important for fully participating in the cohort group project and the overall program throughout the year.
