The archival field is constantly evolving, shaped by the winds of emerging technologies, shifting policies, local/global contexts and changing societal needs. This has undoubtedly impacted New Professionals who are manoeuvring through the challenges and opportunities that this presents. The ICA New Professionals Newsletter is keen to hear and feature the perspectives of New Professionals on how we are navigating and adapting to this archival landscape. Have you experienced a shift in your work or studies due to new trends or challenges in the sector? Are you experimenting with innovative practices, or rethinking traditional approaches? If so, we want to hear your perspectives, experiences, and ideas! We are seeking contributions from new professionals for our upcoming issues in the form of articles, essays, reflections, and creative pieces. We also welcome news and updates that are happening around you that you would like to showcase and/or promote!
