ICA membership is open to institutions and individuals, with flexible categories reflecting different professional contexts and capacities. 

Membership Categories 

Institutional Members

Individual Members 

  • Category D (three fee levels) 

Membership period: 

Membership is valid for one calendar year (1 January–31 December) and becomes active once payment is received.

Already a Member? Renew for 2026

 

Institutional Members (Categories A, B, C) 

Before 1 January (recommended): 

    1. Log in to your ICA profile 
    2. Click “Renew to…” 
    3. Confirm your institutional details 
    4. Generate your invoice 
    5. Pay online or by bank transfer (“Invoice me”) 

Once payment is received, your membership is renewed for the full year. 

After 1 January: 

    • Status shows as pending renewal 
    • Invoice is sent automatically by email 
    • Payment must be received within six months to avoid loss of benefits 

You can pay directly from the invoice email or via “Invoices and payments” in your profile. 

Individual Members (Category D) 

    • Same renewal process before and after 1 January 
    • Three-month grace period after 1 January 
    • Membership lapses if payment is not received 

Steps: 

    1. Log in to your ICA profile 
    2. Click “Renew to…” 
    3. Confirm your details 
    4. Generate your invoice 
    5. Pay online or by bank transfer
