The International Council on Archives (ICA) is calling on its members to step up, get involved, and make a difference! The ICA Calls for Nominations are now open, offering unique opportunities for members to take on leadership roles, join Expert Groups, and mentor the next generation of professionals.
By joining one of these roles, you will:

Lead ICA’s professional strategy, oversee key programmes, and drive global initiatives.

Represent Asia and Oceania or Latin America and the Caribbean and help shape strategic responses within the Forum of National Archivists (FAN).

Support ICA’s professional programmes, Expert Groups, and conferences by joining PCOM.

Advise on ICA’s training content and educational strategy. New Professionals are encouraged to apply

Join EGATTT to combat the illicit trade of archival materials, EGLM to provide legal and policy expertise on archival regulations, and EGAD to develop and implement international standards for archival description.

Help shape the future of the profession by mentoring a New Professional as they start their career.

- After 4 April: ICA will share next steps for each call, including election details where applicable.
