Results of the Call for Nominations ICA Executive Board Category “D” member at large 2022-2026
The ICA has issued a call for nominations to find individuals willing to serve as ICA Executive Board Category “D” member at large 2022-2026.

2022 ICA Voting Process
The elections will be conducted in accordance with the Constitution which was approved by the Extraordinary General Assembly on 20 October 2021. Member at Large D is chosen from and amongst the Category D members in good standing, as defined under section 3.
The Internal Regulations state that each Category D member has one (1) vote.
ICA will be accepting votes in two forms: paper or digital. Members can only vote in ONE format and the Secretariat with scrutineers will be verifying this process. Please read the relevant section based on the voting method selected.
If your name does not appear on the list of members allowed to vote for this election, please contact Constance V. Vidon, ICA Executive Coordinator, at email@example.com, and mention your membership number [D/membership number] so that we can better assist you.
PLEASE NOTE: THE DEFAULT SYSTEM FOR VOTING WILL BE DIGITAL AND ALL ICA VOTING MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION VIA EMAIL TO SUBMIT THEIR DIGITAL VOTE. ICA WILL NOT BE SENDING OUT PAPER BALLOTS TO ALL MEMBERS, IF MEMBERS WISH TO RECEIVE PAPER BALLOTS, THEY MUST INFORM THE SECRETARIAT AT ELECTIONS@ICA.ORG. SEE RELEVANT SECTIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Digital balloting will start on Monday 18 July 2022. The voting will be done using LimeSurvey. All Category D members in good standing will receive an email, from the ICA LimeSurvey account, with the voting information.
Members wishing to vote by paper ballot have up to Friday 22 July 2022 5:00 pm CET to make a written request via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Any requests made after this date will not qualify for paper ballot voting, this is to allow both the sending and receiving of paper ballots in time for the final ballot count.
All paper ballots MUST be received by the ICA Secretariat by Friday 29 July 2022 for the ballot counting which will take place on Wednesday 17 August 2022 at the latest.
Paper ballots, when requested, will be sent by email and may be submitted by post, fax and e-mail at email@example.com.
INFORMATION REGARDING CANDIDATES
The curriculum vitae (French and English), the statements of intent (French and English) and names of referees are posted on the members-only space of the ICA website. To access this space, you will need to provide your username and password.
The pages where this documentation has been posted are available for consultation during the voting process.
Links to the pages with the information regarding the candidates:
- The closing date for voting will be Friday 12 August 2022 at midnight Central European Time (CET).
- The counting of votes will be concluded by Wednesday 17 August 2022 at the latest.
- The results of the count will be transmitted to the Elections Officer by Friday 19 August 2022.
- The Elections Officer will inform the candidates of the results by Friday 26 August 2022.
- The results will be posted by Wednesday 31 August 2022.
- The term of the new Category “D” member at large commences after the formal handover conducted during the ICA General Assembly meeting of Wednesday 21 September 2022, Rome.
