The Call for Applications for the ICA’s New Professionals Programme is currently open! If you haven’t yet applied, be sure to do so before 10 June 2022. 
How to apply?  
We will only consider applications in French, English, and Spanish sent using the online application form (available here). Instructions on how to complete this form can be found in the sample application (in the “Downloads” section of this page). 
The candidates who would like to send their application form in Arabic should use the PDF/Word document (in the “Downloads” section of this page) and send it to newprofessionals@ica.org.   
Applicants should pay particular attention to their responses to ICA expectations and describe in detail how they intend to meet them.  
Deadline: 10 June 2022. Late applications, or applications without the statement of support and/or résumé at this date will not be assessed.

ICA Membership 
To apply for the New Professionals Progamme, applicants must be paid-up Individual Members (student, digital or full) or working/interning as an archivist/records manager at an institution with ICA membership.  
Not sure about your ICA membership number?  
Sign in to the ICA only-members area (https://www.ica.org/en/member) and check the section ICA Membership to confirm your category and membership number.   
Institutional membership must be checked by the applicant. For any questions related to the institutional membership status or to request to become a delegate under the institutional membership of your organization, please contact the ICA at members@ica.org and include in CC your manager.
