As many of you will know, Nathalie will be leaving the ICA Secretariat on 31 July, after twenty-eight years’ distinguished service to our organization. During her time with ICA, Nathalie has shown herself to be extremely versatile and has carried out a wide variety of tasks in the Secretariat, especially in the areas of governance, membership administration and publications. Latterly she has taken on additional responsibilities for the regular updating of content on the ICA website and has expanded the monthly e-newsletter. In her final weeks she has freely shared her considerable knowledge with the incoming team and has played a crucial role in the transitional arrangements. For many years ICA members have appreciated at first hand Nathalie’s efficiency, flexibility, technical flair with new technologies, and meticulous attention to detail.
Everyone in ICA is sorry that she is leaving but we wish her all the very best for the future.
