Dear colleagues,
I look forward to welcoming many of you to the ICA Yaounde conference at the end of the month. There is still time for those of you that have not registered to do so
Transportation:
There have been many questions regarding transportation on site. There will be transportation provided to all conference participants to and from the airport, as well as transportation from hotels to the conference centre and special events venues. There will be a booth set up in the main lobby of Yaounde Nsimalen Airport, from 22 November-1 December, which will be open between 12pm-1am Yaounde time. We would still ask that ALL PARTICIPANTS confirm your arrival date and time with Interactiv, our Professional Conference Organiser, to ensure we know when we will welcome participants, in particular if they fall outside of the dates and times listed above, please email information to: interactivconsulting@yahoo.fr

Conference Programme:
There is an updated conference programme available here

Cultural Visits:
There are several cultural visits that participants can choose from please have look and take time to visit Yaounde and surrounding area

News About Yaounde and Cameroon:
As indicated in a statement made earlier this year the Government of Cameroon has guaranteed the safety of conference participants. Moreover there was news that there was a fire on the premise of the Palais des Congrès. This fire has NOT affected the main building, the fire took place in a disused building on the site.
If you have any questions please feel free to contact the Secretariat staff or Interactive at any time.

Sincerely/Cordialement,

Dr Anthea Seles
