Elvis Efe OTOBO
Dr. Elvis Efe Otobo, graduated from the University of Benin, Edo State, where he obtained Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration. He proceeded to the University of Ibadan for his Masters Degree in Archives, Records and Information Management. Professionally, Elvis Efe Otobo is a full member of the international council on archives (ICA), Association of American Archivists (SAA), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), internation Association of Advertising, (iaa) international public Relations Association. and ARMA international. Elvis Efe Otobo was a former staff of Piedmont Group of Companies, Ologbo, Edo state; World Revival Faith Ministries, Lagos,Elbri Global Services, Faculty administrator, Blueocean Strategies Nigeria Limited and Executive Personal Assistant to the CEO of Caleb Group. He has held many positions ranging from Secretary, Administrator, Manager, Archivists and coordinator respectively. He is a technocrat, administrator per excellence, records, archives and information management guru. He is currently the Ceo of Dorato Global Services Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria and the Africa representative of onesystems (computer application software). He is an author of the best seller “Computer for all minds”, approved by the ministry of Education, Edo State. In 2015, he is the only African recognized by the International Council on archives to take part in its new professional scheme in Iceland and thereafter developed and expands the scheme globally. He was fully engaged in an intensive internship program with the National Archives of Iceland where he gained maximum experience in conservation and preservation, storage and strong rooms, public service and access to archives, registers ad organization of archives, digital record management, university teaching in archival management, exhibitions ad public relations and research project on public rights of land. He is happily married to Deaconness Bridget Obariri Otobo, and are blessed with children.
