Biography: Mahgoub Baba (Mr.) earned his Master Degree (MA) at the College of Library & Information Sciences of Loughborough University of Technology UK,1987, as Informationist, acurate specialty on Records Management & Archives Adminstraion. He obtained the first degree Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Faculty of Arts in the Sudan University of Khartoum1977. During 1979-92 he worked as the Senior Archivist & Asst. Director for Training & Research Affairs in the Sudan National Records Office, also as par-time academic staff as University Lecturer of Library & Information Sciences in the Sudan 1988-92. During 1993-1996 he was on contract academic staff in Libyan Universities &Training Centers. Then after, during 1997-2014 Mr. Baba worked on contract with the Arabian Gulf University (AGU) Kingdom of Bahrain, as the 1st Asst. of the University Library Director & Director of the University Unit of Ducomentaion & Publications Center, as well as the Eitorial Manager of the Arab Gulf Journal of Scientific Research (AGJSR). Since 2014 he is also on contract as Head Department of Historical Records & the General Co-ordinator of Bahraini National Archives Affairs at Isa Cultural Center Kingdom of Bahrain. While on the AGU contract Mr. Baba published number of the AGU Documentary Books & Bibliographies.
