Diana Castañeda Ponce
Law degree with honorable mention from the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
She has studied Judicial Specialization at the then Institute of Judicial Specialization of the Federal Judicial Branch; She has degrees in Constitutional Law and Amparo, in Introduction to the Jurisdictional Function, both by the Institute of the Federal Judiciary, Judicial School, and in Administration of Government Archives by the General Directorate of Libraries of UNAM; attended the General Course on Legal Information and Documentation given by the General Council of the Spanish Judiciary; and is a graduate of the D-1 Management Program, from the Pan-American Institute of Senior Business Management (IPADE).
She was an academic technician at the Institute of Legal Research of the National Autonomous University of Mexico.
Among other positions, she has served as Secretary of Study and Account and Coordinator of Advisors assigned to the General Coordination of Compilation and Systematization of Theses in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation of Mexico.
Also in the Supreme Court of Justice, she has been General Director of the Federal Judicial Weekly [Semanario Judicial de la Federación], General Coordinator of Thesis Compilation and Systematization and General Director of the Center for Documentation and Analysis, Archives and Compilation of Laws, position in which, among others, acted as representative of the Federal Judicial Branch before the National Council of Archives and, in coordination with the Mexican Association of Justice Imparters, was responsible for organizing the works of the National System of Judicial Archives.
Currently, she is the Director of Archives of the Electoral Court of the Federal Judicial Branch.
