Originally planned for the ICA Abu Dhabi Conference 2020, this paper proposes an archival perspective on bridging the democracy gap. Based on a wide survey of ICA-SPP Members Countries, it reports about the most recent initiatives adopted by parliamentary and political parties archives to broaden the citizen’s perception of the role of political Institutions and democracy, aiming to root it more on knowledge than on stereotypes.
