If you are an early career archives or records management professional with less than five years of work experience, applying to the ICA New Professionals Programme is your opportunity to connect with peers from around the world, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, contribute to an international group project, and attend the ICA Kuching 2027 Conference as part of a global cohort of New Professionals.

The programme is open to eligible ICA members worldwide, including interns. Applications may be submitted in English, French, or Spanish.
