The International Council on Archives (ICA) invites its members to review and comment on a draft Policy on Taking a Public Stand. This policy sets out the principles, criteria, and processes that guide how the ICA may respond publicly to issues affecting archives, records, and the wider archival profession.
The draft has been developed by a group of ICA members led by Trudy Peterson, and reflects an important step in strengthening ICA’s role and voice at an international level. Submit your feedback by 5 June 2026.
