The ICA’s Programme Commission (PCOM) is pleased to be offering a small number of bursaries for speakers who have an accepted proposal for the Barcelona Congress 27-30 October 2025. These grants reflect the ICA’s ongoing commitment to supporting archivists worldwide and to reducing financial barriers to participation, particularly for speakers who come from the least developed and developing countries.

Bursaries are very limited, but the ICA expects to be able to offer between 10 and 20 grants of 700€ (euros). Speakers who require transcontinental flights will be eligible for bursaries up to 1000€.
Successful applicants will be notified in the week of 19 May 2025 and will be required to register for the Congress and accept the bursary by Monday 2 June 2025.
