Deadline: Confirm Your Participation in the ICA General Assembly 2025

The 2025 ICA General Assembly will take place on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, from 17:00 to 20:00 CET (Paris time), onsite in Barcelona and online. Please confirm your participation or appoint a proxy by Friday, 17 October 2025, 23:59 CET (Paris time) to ensure your voice is counted. 

This is a key moment for our community, bringing together ICA members from around the world. As a voting member, you are warmly invited to attend and have your say in shaping the future of ICA. 

How to Register 

To confirm your participation, please visit our registration platform sent in your inbox and complete the form, selecting your preference: 

• I will participate in person 

• I will participate online 

• I will not participate 

Naming a Proxy 

If you are unable to attend, you may appoint a proxy. A proxy must be either another ICA member in good standing (any category) or a rights holder under your membership. 

Complete the proxy form provided in the email we sent to all ICA members (available in English and French; you may use your browser’s translation tool if needed). 

After confirming your participation or appointing a proxy, you will receive: 

• Final confirmation of your attendance or proxy designation 

• Access details for the voting platform 

• The official agenda of the meeting
