Registration process
To register as a speaker, please complete the form on the official website before the new deadline. Full details and requirements can be found in the Registration section.
If you are an ICA member, please note that to access the special ICA Member – Speaker rate, please select “ICA Member Access” when entering the registration system and enter both your Speaker Code and your ICA Membership Number.
Accommodation
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a welcome email granting access to the Accommodation page. There, you’ll find information on how to book a room at our recommended hotels, some of which are offering special rates or exclusive discount codes for ICA Barcelona 2025 attendees.
