The ICA Regional Branch for Central Africa (CENARBICA) is pleased to invite you to the second session of its upcoming series of webinars in April 2025. These virtual sessions aim to provide a platform for archive professionals in the Central African region to explore critical topics at the intersection of archival practice, human rights, artificial intelligence, and financial transparency, especially in the context of the evolving archival profession. 

The second session, scheduled for Monday, 21 April, will be led by Pazimi B. Younous, Archivist at the Central African States Development Bank in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo. 

The session will be moderated by Estelle OBE.

Summary

With the volume of administrative, financial, and accounting documents generated in institutions, particularly financial institutions, the implementation of effective document governance policies and procedures becomes crucial. This session will explore methodologies for collaborating with document producers to ensure best archival practices within the financial sector.

Pazimi B. Younous

Pazimi B. Younous is an Archivist with a professional master's degree in Information and Document Science from Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar, specializing in document engineering. A former Director of the National Archives of Chad, he is currently in charge of the Archives and Documentation Service at the Central African States Development Bank in Brazzaville, Republic of Congo.
