The Section on Architectural Records (ICA/SAR) is thrilled to invite members of SAR, archivists, managers and those responsible for architectural records and archives to a special webinar that will take place online on 10 September 2025 from 15:00 to 16:00 CET. The manuals and guidelines discussed are highly relevant for professionals involved in the archival treatment of architectural records. Enrica Bodrato and Renzo Iacobucci will present Riordinare e inventariare gli archivi di architettura (Reorganize and Inventory Architectural Archives), of which they are the authors. In this session, they will discuss the context in which the manual was produced and the challenges they encountered.
This webinar will also provide an opportunity to debate the needs for manuals, guidelines, and similar tools, and to explore which content should be addressed as a priority. Participants are invited to join the discussion with Enrica, Renzo, and other attendees.

Enrica Bodrato
Head of the Historical Heritage Management Office, Politecnico di Torino
Enrica Bodrato is an archivist and architecture graduate, working at the Politecnico di Torino since 1998. She initially managed the archival funds of the Project at DIST (Interateneo Department of Sciences, Planning and Policies of the Territory). Since 2016, she has also been responsible for the archive section of the 'Roberto Gabetti' library. In 2022, she became Head of the University's Historical Heritage Management Office.
Renzo Iacobucci
Research Archivist and Coordinator of Archival Collections, Archivio del Moderno
Renzo Iacobucci holds a PhD in Greek and Latin Palaeography, a PGDip in Palaeographer Archivist, and a PGDip in Conservators of Archival and Library Heritage of Medieval Civilisation. He has worked as an archivist in various Italian institutions (2004–2010) and as a contract professor of Codicology at Sapienza University of Rome (2012–2017). Since 2012, he has been a research archivist at the Archivio del Moderno, Università della Svizzera italiana.
