The III Meeting of Researchers of the History of Photography in Colombia will take place on May 8th and 9th, 2025, in Cartagena de Indias (Colombia). It will bring together researchers around five thematic sessions:
1. Histories of photographic image techniques and technologies in Colombia
2. Approaches and perspectives for the history of photography in Colombia
3. Photographic heritage, institutional archives and emerging archives
4. Use of new digital technologies for research on the history of photography
5. Photography, social history and memory studies in Colombia
