The ICA invites all members to take part in a dedicated virtual session that will explore the ICA’s Strategic Plan in greater depth. Designed for members who were not directly involved in the working groups or consultations, this webinar will provide a clear overview of the plan’s goals and enablers, followed by a collective discussion on how to prioritise projects for 2026 and 2027. It will be a valuable moment to reflect together on the ICA’s direction and shared priorities for the years ahead.

What to Expect
The webinar will open with a detailed presentation of the Strategic Plan’s goals. This will be followed by an outline of the plan’s enablers presented by the Vice-President Programme. The second half of the session will focus on the Management Plan for 2026–2027, with a guided discussion moderated by the Elected Officers. The event will conclude with final reflections aimed at summarising the main points and next steps.
