The ICA invites all members to take part in a dedicated virtual session that will explore the ICA’s Strategic Plan in greater depth. Designed for members who were not directly involved in the working groups or consultations, this webinar will provide a clear overview of the plan’s goals and enablers, followed by a collective discussion on how to prioritise projects for 2026 and 2027. It will be a valuable moment to reflect together on the ICA’s direction and shared priorities for the years ahead.

What to Expect
The webinar will be led by the ICA Elected Officers, together with Meg Philipps as our special guest and lead author of the Strategic Plan, will open with a detailed presentation of the Strategic Plan’s goals. This will be followed by an overview of the plan’s enablers, presented by the Vice-President Programme.
The second half of the session will focus on the Management Plan for 2026–2027 and will open the floor to members’ perspectives on where the ICA Network should focus its efforts in the first year of implementation. Using an interactive format, the discussion will be carefully facilitated to encourage broad participation of the ICA membership. The event will conclude with final reflections highlighting key takeaways and next steps.
