The XXX University Archives Conference (CAU CRUE) will be held on 27 and 28 October 2025 in Barcelona, Spain under the theme University Archives and Innovative Research: Challenges for Sustainability. 

The event is jointly organized by the Conference of Archives of Spanish Universities (CAU CRUE), the Section on University and Research Institution Archives of the International Council on Archives (ICA/SUV), and the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB). 

This edition will take place at the Casa de Convalescència, part of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau complex. It is scheduled to coincide with the ICA/SUV 2025 Annual International Conference, making it a key moment for professionals attending both gatherings.
