All members in good standing from Category A, Category B and Category C have the right of vote, please see the listing on the ICA website to confirm the right to vote in the upcoming election. Also, please make sure your contact details in particular your emails are up to date. If your institution does not appear on the lists please contact the Secretary General.
ICA will be accepting votes in two forms: paper or digital. Members can only vote in ONE format and the Secretariat with a scrutineer from ECOM will be verifying this process. Please read the relevant section based on the voting method selected
PLEASE NOTE: THE DEFAULT SYSTEM FOR VOTING WILL BE DIGITAL AND ALL ICA VOTING MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION VIA EMAIL TO SUBMIT THEIR DIGITAL VOTE. ICA WILL NOT BE SENDING OUT PAPER BALLOTS TO ALL MEMBERS, IF MEMBERS WISH TO RECEIVE PAPER BALLOTS THEY MUST INFORM THE SECRETARIAT. SEE RELEVANT SECTIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION.
PAPER BALLOTS
Members wishing to vote by paper ballot have up to SEPTEMBER 3 2018 to make a written request via email to the Secretariat. Any requests made after this date will not qualify for paper ballot voting, this is to allow both the sending and receiving of paper ballots in time for the final ballot count.
All paper ballots MUST be received by the ICA Secretariat by SEPTEMBER 10 2018 for the ballot counting which will take place on September 11, 2018.

DIGITAL BALLOTS
Digital balloting will take place in phases according to category, please check your membership category so that you know what your balloting window is. The balloting windows are as follows:
CATEGORY A: Monday, 23 July-Sunday, 5 August, 2018 (by 11:59pm, Paris time)
CATEBORY B: Monday, 6 August-Sunday 19 August (11:59pm, Paris time)
CATEGORY C: Monday, 20 August-Sunday, 2 September (11:59pm, Paris time)
Digital balloting for each category is two weeks and closes on a Sunday at 11:59pm Paris time
Depending on your balloting window, you will receive an email the Monday morning (Paris time) that the balloting begins.
INFORMATION REGARDING CANDIDATES
The curriculum vitae (French and English), the statements of intent (French and English) and names of referees will be posted on the members-only site for consultation during the voting process.
