Dear Colleague,   These are indeed very interesting times for all of us in the field of Archives and Records Management.   

The ICA is pleased to introduce the first issue of the Congress newsletter to you. This newsletter will be sent on a regular basis until the end of the ICA Congress in Seoul (which will take place from 5th to 10th September) to every person who wants to be kept informed. It will highlight the presentations at the Congress which are the most keenly awaited; tell you about the official and side events, and give you practical information you will need to enjoy the Congress when you join us in Seoul.

Going on with this year New Professionals Programme bursary holder profiles, please meet Tibaut Houzanme, from Benin, now living in the USA. I am a French, English (and a bit of German) speaking Digital Archivist, experienced in records management systems selection, digital preservation, forensics, audiovisual, requirements and policy analysis. I was trained at the Indiana University School of Informatics and Computing - Department of Library and Information Science, and am currently working at the Indiana Archives and Records Administration (IARA).
