The Trustees of the ICA Fund for International Archival Development  (FIDA) invite members, branches and other bodies to submit proposals for ICA support for archival projects for 2013.   All documents are attached, scroll down to consult them or to download them.  

The second call for applications for the newly revived FIDA (International Fund for the Development of Archives) was launched on 30 April 2011. Twenty applications were received from institutions and individuals and from different part of the world Africa, Europe, The Pacific, and Central America. These applications were assessed by the FIDA Board of trustees at its meeting held in Toledo in the framework of the CITRA, on 25 October 2011.

Attention: new call for applications to FIDA coming soon !   The call for the next round of applications for FIDA development funding will be made on 15 March 2012. From that date applicants, both individual and institutional, will be able to download the application forms. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 May 2012.

The 2011 call for applications to FIDA is now closed.  All applications received will now be assessed by the FIDA Trustees.  The Board of Trustees will meet in Toledo at the time of the CITRA next October to decide on the award of the grants of this year.
