“Ms Ngcobo has qualifications in Information Management and Archival Studies. She has been in the archives profession for over 5 years and currently holds the Diretorship serving under the National Archivist of South Africa. She has been in the ICA for many years as an attendee of conferences and programmes. She is currently a member of the Training and Development Committee of ESARBICA. She brings to PCOM experience in Acess management, Outreach and Public Programming. She has experience as the Secretariat for local and International bodies in the archives, heritage and information sectors”

How can you make the voice of ICA regions underrepresented in PCOM heard?

“I will participate in all sessions to uplift the plight of Africa and ensure that more developmental programmes are geared towards the region. Moreover, i will ensure that fundraising programmes are put in place to ensure that Africa benefits from any available training initiative.”
