“My experience of over 20 years have allowed me to undertake several change management and implementation initiatives that promulgate information and knowledge management. My industry related knowledge has equipped me with the expertise to develop key documentations at international standards as well as train and develop stakeholders accordingly. My area of strength is circular economy and sustainability, risk management, strategic management, policy development, project management, disaster and business continuity planning, records and archives management and library and information management etc. The scope of my expertise, experience and knowledge will certainly aid in advancing the objectives/goals of PCOM. My years with OCLC and Advisory in Jamaica coupled with my current responsibility for the Jamaica Library and Information Network further confirms the benefits to derive from me being included.”

Answer to the “How can you make the voice of ICA regions underrepresented in PCOM heard?” question  

“I am considered a strategist in all battle ground be it advocacy or public relations. My IT strength in creative designs, use of words and alignment through networking will add value to PCOM penetrating spaces thus giving voice to the voiceless. “
