“ICA-SUV: Treasures of University Archives” is a 2022 publication commemorating 30 years of the Section on University and Research Institution Archives (SUV) of the International Council on Archives (ICA). It brings together fifteen institutional stories contributed by ICA/SUV members from twelve countries across five continents.
Presented in English, French, and Spanish, these stories highlight some of the most remarkable archival collections held by SUV members and the narratives they preserve. The publication celebrates the rich diversity, shared mission, and global reach of the ICA/SUV community, serving as a testament to the collective memory and enduring legacy of its members.
The foreword was written by Garfield Lam, the Publication Convenor, and the history of the ICA/SUV section was provided by Caroline Brown, Chair of the Section.
