The ICA is proud to announce the release of its 2023 Annual Report, which highlights the organization’s achievements and milestones over the past year. This comprehensive report showcases ICA’s unwavering commitment to strengthening its global network, fostering advocacy, and enhancing the representation and involvement of its members within the archival and records management community.

Reflecting on the progress made in 2023, Josée Kirps, ICA President, shared her enthusiasm:

During 2023 I have witnessed with joy and pride the many initiatives and projects designed to strengthen our commitment to better representing, advocating, and connecting our members within a global ecosystem in which stronger voices and greater involvement are essential. This process must continue, and we will therefore need to maintain our momentum and remain consistent in achieving these values. After a year of milestones, it is with great anticipation that I look forward to seeing what greater attainments await us in the future.

The 2023 Annual Report was designed in alignment with ICA’s new branding, which reflects the organization’s evolving identity and vision for the future. The report highlights the many activities and projects initiated by ICA’s Professional Sections, Regional Branches, and Expert Groups. It also includes the significant contributions of organizations and professionals supported by the Fund for the International Development of Archives (FIDA) and Programme Commission (PCOM).
