Are you interested in joining the newly announced Training Programme Advisory Group (TPAG)? ICA’s Programme Commission is currently looking for candidates who want to join this new advisory group and support the Chair and ICA’s Training Officer on the definition and implementation of the goals, content and delivery of ICA’s training offering. This Advisory Group will be responsible for making decisions and developing the strategy for the Training Programme.
Who Can Apply to Join the TPAG?
The Advisory Group should be small, around 6 members including the Chair. Candidates should possess one or more of the following competencies:
Experience in training delivery or teaching
Experience of specifying training and/or education at local, national or regional level
Experience of commissioning training/education at various levels
Experience of managing and/or evaluating training/education at various levels
Knowledge of archives and records management subject matter and curriculum development
The Advisory Group membership should be diverse and aim to represent at least four of ICA’s 13 regional branches.

Candidates should write to ICA’s Training Officer, Margaret Crockett at crockett@ica.org outlining their relevant experience and competencies and explaining why they wish to serve on the Group. They should also include a brief bio and provide their ICA membership number. The candidates must be either a paid-up Individual Member (student, digital or full) of ICA at the time of application, or an institution with ICA membership (in good standing).
The deadline for receipt of proposals from candidates is the 7th of April 2022 at 23:59 CET.
